Travel Tone CSP Return Policy

At TraveltoneCSP, we strive to provide high-quality digital services and software solutions. Due to the nature of our business, our return policy is as follows:

1. Digital Products & Services

Since our platform offers digital services such as mobile recharge, bill payments, AEPS, money transfer, PAN card services, and other financial transactions, these services are non-refundable once processed successfully.

Exceptions:

  • If a transaction fails due to a system error and the amount is deducted but not credited, the refund will be processed within 7 business days after verification.

  • If a payment is made incorrectly due to a system issue on our end, we will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution.

2. Subscription & Software Purchases

  • White-label solutions are non-refundable once activated.

  • If a technical issue prevents the software from functioning as described, we offer technical support and resolution assistance.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Users can cancel service requests before processing begins (if applicable).

  • Once a transaction is processed, it cannot be canceled or reversed.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds (if applicable) will be process with in  7 business days and refund credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Refund status can be tracked via the Travel Tone CSP customer support portal.
